Boilers
Boilers
We use metal stamping technology for boiler manufacturing. Metal stamping technology has been very suitable for the production of boilers, mainly for the production of boiler end-plates. When forming the boiler end-plate, the material is strengthened in the area it is pressed and the wall thickness decreases which also allows the boiler shell to reduce and significantly streamlines material input costs in comparison to the deep-drawing technology where this effect does not occur. The costs of manufacturing metal stamping tools are significantly lower in comparison to deep-drawing robust tools. This technology also enables heat pump steel bases to be produced.
Our technology allows us to manufacture the following parts:
- boiler end-plates
- heat pump steel bases
- bottom of reservoirs for breweries
- hot water tanks for coffee machines
The roundels and rough pressings represent the semi-finished products to produce the mentioned parts. Copper, steel and stainless steel are the most commonly used materials.
